Brief: A cruet set
I chose to make small pebble like shapes with different natural textures on that make you want to pick them up and feel the different surfaces.
There was a long process called Slip Casting which means you have a mould to keep reproducuing your work.

Brief: To create a creature then abstract its form and add some kind of attachment.
I focused on natural forms like mushrooms and flowers.
My creature was the idea of nature and how it grows over our mademade creatation, feeding and trying to take back the land.
I added long rope vines to give the sense that the piece is growing, taking back the earth.
I chose to make a woman under an umbrella based
on the shape of a water droplet.
Brief: Pieces to be buried to reflect ourselves and the world today.
I chose three pieces that show how the world has developed in a bad way.
Swan Burger – Showing how the world farms and eats so many animals without much thought. The contrast between a beautiful, pure swan and a burger represents this.
Square Eyes – The idea that the world is obsessed with technology and TV and phones have become a nessecity.
Head Full of Worries – The modern day man has a head full of deadlines, bills to pay and worries of because of this material world we live in.
